Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Raj Giri Spices, we are committed to delivering your favorite spices fresh, safely, and on time. Please review our shipping & delivery terms below.

1. Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Orders placed after working hours will be processed on the next business day.

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

• We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

• Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote or rural areas may take longer depending on courier service availability.

• Delivery times are estimates only. Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, natural events, strikes) may cause delays.

• The products would be delivered to the customer’s within 4 to 6 days .

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

• Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified amount (as per ongoing offers).

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

• You can use the tracking link to check your shipment status in real time.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

• If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, it may be returned to us.

• Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.

6. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

• If you receive a damaged package or find missing products:

  1. Please do not accept the parcel, or take photos of the package/product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details.

  3. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Change of Address

• You may request a change of shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order.

• Once shipped, we cannot modify delivery addresses.
